Dave the Diver is a single-player adventure that combines underwater exploration, action RPG elements and sushi restaurant management. Dave dives into the mysterious Blue Hole by day, catching fish, gathering resources and discovering ancient secrets, while a humorous story introduces an eccentric cast of friends and rivals. Each dive balances exploration with the limits of your oxygen supply and the dangers of the depths. Harpoons and other weapons help you face marine creatures, while resources and restaurant earnings let you improve your equipment and venture farther underwater. At night, the day's catches become the basis of Bancho Sushi's dishes, linking the two halves of the adventure. A blend of pixel art and 3D environments brings an ocean populated by more than 200 kinds of sea creatures to life, alongside side quests and varied minigames. Complete Edition adds In the Jungle, an expansion with freshwater exploration, a jungle village, relationships with its inhabitants and a new grill restaurant. It also includes the DREDGE, Godzilla and Ichiban's Holiday collaborations, which introduce additional adventures and encounters.
