The service

GameCartDB is an independent catalog and collection tool for physical video game releases. It lets visitors browse catalog information and lets registered users maintain a personal Collection and Wishlist.

GameCartDB does not sell games, process payments or act as a retailer.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password and keeping control of your active sessions. Contact GameCartDB if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use GameCartDB for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Access another person's account or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Disrupt the service or overload it with excessive automated requests.
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with the service's operation.

Catalog information

Catalog details are maintained on a best-effort basis. Release dates, regions, languages, cartridge contents and other details can change or contain errors. Verify important information with the publisher or retailer before making a purchase.

Third-party content and links

Game titles, cover artwork, videos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Links or embedded content may lead to third-party services with their own terms and policies. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or responsibility for those services.

Your Library

Collection and Wishlist data are organizational tools and do not prove ownership or purchase. You can update this information at any time and permanently delete your account from Account settings. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy policy.

Availability and changes

GameCartDB may change, suspend or discontinue features when needed to maintain, secure or develop the service. Continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Disclaimers and liability

GameCartDB is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GameCartDB is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made using catalog information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Account restrictions

Access may be limited or terminated when an account is used in breach of these terms, threatens the service or affects other users. You may stop using GameCartDB and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as GameCartDB develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new revision date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
