About
Hollow Knight: Silksong follows Hornet, a skilled hunter captured and taken to Pharloom, a distant kingdom shaped by silk and song. Rather than descending into Hallownest, she must ascend through unfamiliar lands toward the citadel at the kingdom's summit, uncovering the reasons for her capture and the mysteries connected to her past. This 2D action-adventure metroidvania combines fast, acrobatic combat with exploration across interconnected mossy grottos, coral forests and gilded cities. Hornet fights with her needle, develops silk-based abilities and crafts tools that offer new ways to overcome enemies and obstacles. Along the way, she meets allies, takes on quests and faces powerful bosses. Hand-crafted environments and traditional animation bring Pharloom to life, with an orchestral soundtrack by returning composer Christopher Larkin.
