About
Metroid Ravenous takes Samus Aran into a new 2D action-adventure on an unfamiliar moon. After crash-landing, the bounty hunter is ambushed by a mysterious group of assassins and left severely wounded. To return to the surface, she must explore an underground labyrinth, gather new abilities and rebuild her arsenal while confronting the creatures and powerful bosses that inhabit its corridors. Survival hinges on Samus's newly awakened Metroid instincts. Counter an enemy's attack to stun it, then move quickly to drain its life energy. Beams, missiles and these predatory abilities turn encounters into aggressive battles where timing matters as much as firepower. The five space ninjas responsible for the ambush await within the maze, each bringing a deadly arsenal to close-range duels. Samus must hunt down her attackers while avoiding becoming prey herself.
