Order of the Sinking Star is a puzzle adventure from Thekla and Jonathan Blow, the creator of Braid and The Witness. Transported to a strange realm of magic, machines and monsters, you explore four worlds with their own rules, characters and mysteries. More than a thousand handcrafted puzzles introduce ideas involving movable blocks, reflections, stepping stones and beams of light, gradually teaching you how each system works. The central twist arrives when those worlds begin to overlap: characters meet, their abilities complement one another, and previously separate puzzle mechanics combine in unexpected ways. A queen, a thief, a warrior, a wizard and even a talking boat form part of the unusual cast. You can explore at your own pace, leave a difficult challenge and return later, while discoveries and collected notes gradually reveal the larger mystery connecting the realm.
