Ganondorf is plotting to seize the Triforce and conquer Hyrule. Guided by destiny and accompanied by Navi, Link journeys across Hyrule and two eras to become the Hero of Time and save the kingdom. Built from the ground up for Nintendo Switch 2, this remake reimagines the 1998 adventure with overhauled visuals, fully voiced cutscenes, expanded dialogue, symphonic orchestral music, faster loading and modernized camera and movement controls. New features include manual jumping and dashing, gyro aiming, a continuous day-and-night cycle, Threads of Time guidance, amiibo support, ZELDA NOTES integration and ocarina melodies performed with buttons or the built-in microphone.
